Just returned from boot camp in Bournemouth with Kieron and the team at JK House. What an amazing week! I’ve lost weight, toned up and improved my fitness, all in a week! It was so much fun and it really doesn’t matter on your fitness level or injuries, you can push yourself to your limit and beyond if you wish. THANK YOU Kieron and the team for making it an enjoyable week and bringing back my sparkle. See you in October 🙂
Very great trainers and lots of other days and events to try out. I benefitted greatly from Keirons personal training and would definitely reccomend to anyone in need of help, especially if NHS techniques arent working. The centre does so much for different charities too and everyone is so humble and kind
Just completed boot camp in Bournemouth, headed by Kieron from JK House. What an amazing experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend taking part! Great training, fun and very effective! Kieron’s energy & enthusiasm is totally infectious you can’t help enjoying his classes – however tough they are! I’m definitely making the three hour journey to return in the Autumn! FANTASTIC!

Kieron has a contagious laugh and is evil when it comes to workouts. I cant recommend a better trainer who focuses on perfect posture and form with a personalised diet to your needs. Kieron is my trainer and personal friend who has changed my life for the better. The oppotunities JK House has offered us has helped many charities aross the world, and opened up relationships to amazing people that i wouldnt have met otherwise. We’ve climbed mountains, gone on long distance hikes and became physically, mentally stronger.

Kieron is very thorough in providing appropriate fitness training for us in our home weekly.
His knowledge of all things fitness means that we usually have different exercises each week so we don’t get bored & the training is delivered in such a way that we are tested physically, but not expected to do things that are way beyond our capabilities which means that we are gradually improving our fitness without too much pain!

I was way overweight, so 30 odd yrs. of non-exercise for him to break down and I just couldn’t do a thing but sit in my chair and have snacks….. Hard task? Absolutely! Could he do it??? Maybe! Well, he took on the challenge and today my word, what a turnaround in fortune. Kieron never allowed me to give up and neither did he. With determination I have lost nearly 2 stone (another 2 to go), and am so much fitter today – can do exercises I never thought I could do again. I feel so much more confident and can do so much more and have far more determination to pick up the program even more, he does what is right for me at each session and that just makes me feel that I am in good hands when it comes to my well being. Kieron comes when it is convenient for me in the evenings and that has helped me to keep focus. What a difference just 1 year can make! I highly recommend Kieron as a personal trainer – you are in safe hands with your fitness program.

With my wedding approaching and after finding the “dream dress”, I decided it wasn’t my dream size. To give myself the ultimate push to get fit and slim down, I ordered my wedding dress in a size smaller than I was. I had 7 months to reach my target but wanted to do it in the healthiest way possible and change my lifestyle for the better… 5 months on, with two months to go and I’m in the dress (!!) have lost just over a stone, 4 inches round my waist and feeling great. I’m so motivated to continue my fitness journey and keep reaching my fitness goals. Kieron is so supportive, keeps you going when you are struggling, pushes you to your limits and will also put together a tailored nutritional plan to keep you on track. As well as personal training sessions, I also attend his boxercise class in Poole, a fab cardio class which is a great mid week workout and a great laugh too. I’ve been going to Boxercise classes for a couple of months now and I’m loving it! Kieron has a great energy and always makes the sessions fun; can’t recommend him enough!

I was in real need to get fit again after an enforced lack of proper exercise. I am partially disabled as well and decided a personal trainer would be able to help me exercise in a safe way, and also help me with my diet as I needed to lose a few pounds. I contacted Kieron and he came round and explained what he does and I thought it sounded just what I needed. Three weeks ago, I started my first course and he is extremely good. He works within my limitations, but the improvement has been very fast. I can now walk much farther than I could before, I’m drinking two pints of water a day to keep me hydrated, which I wasn’t very good at doing, and feel generally much fitter overall. I combine the course with exercise at home twice a week. I can highly recommend Kieron as a personal trainer through this great start.
I have been attending for the last month the weekly Wednesday night Boxercise class in Poole with Kieron. I have over the last year lost just shy of 2 stone and dropped a dress size, but now need to tone and work specific areas and I feel this class will do that. I really enjoy the session, its hard work but Kieron makes it fun. He puts us through our paces and I feel I have had good workout. If you haven’t tried this class, I would recommend it.
I have been training with Kieron Franklin for the last couple of weeks and I can not speak more highly of him. I always leave the sessions feeling a sense of achievement . Kieron tailors the training session to my own personal goals and constantly gives me encouragement to better myself. I would highly recommend Kieron.
What a way to get back into fitness! After the assessment Kieron put together a great (but hard) fitness plan to work my whole body. His professional but easy going manner made the sessions enjoyable, pushing me to achieve my goal. Flexible on locations for training, highly recommended.

Kieron has been attending Lollipops Pre-school regularly this term, working with the children who are aged between 2-4 yrs. He makes the experience fun and exciting for them, motivating them and keeping them on task as they learn the importance of staying healthy and keeping fit.
He has adapted the content of the sessions to suit the needs of individual children which has already made an impact on their physical well-being.

As someone that has always hated exercise I was dubious when I signed up for my first 6 sessions. Kieron has made exercising fun, enjoyable and I feel so much better in my body and mind that it is now 3 months later and I will continue. I really feel that my personal needs are being met, he is very knowledgeable and I am gently encouraged each session to work harder. I love that each session is different, working different muscles and also building my cardio fitness. I cannot believe how much my body and fitness has improved and how much I actually enjoy it! Kieron is so easy to chat to, we have fun and I feel very comfortable. Kieron is extremely accommodating, coming to my home and fitting around the chaos of animals and people. I would highly recommend booking a session. I am so happy I found Kieron and extremely grateful for him helping me.
My daughter and I have just had our first boxercise class and we both loved it. It was hard work but so much fun. Thank you so much we are looking forward to our next class.

Fantastic first class. Kieron certainly knows his stuff… worked me hard but totally understood if I needed to make a change to allow for my bad hip.
