Kieron is very thorough in providing appropriate fitness training for us in our home weekly.

His knowledge of all things fitness means that we usually have different exercises each week so we don’t get bored & the training is delivered in such a way that we are tested physically, but not expected to do things that are way beyond our capabilities which means that we are gradually improving our fitness without too much pain!
